Our crane stabilizer pads that we use for our cranes increase the load area of support beneath the outriggers and cranes in such a way that it creates a larger area of stability. These pads are important when a crane is set up on soil, gravel, asphalt shoulder, grass, fill material, or a mixture. The right pad helps reduce ground bearing pressure, improve stability, and support safer setup under field conditions.
Detailed technical specifications
Each batch undergoes thorough inspection on the shop floor. Raw material is tested upon arrival, as well as finished parts upon completion. Anything failing to conform to specifications is not shipped out.
ISO 9001:2015 certification requires written processes, production control measures, and traceability of the process from initial raw material to finished part. More critically, ISO helps us maintain tolerances across multiple batches, rather than just in theory.
In cases of applications involving food production, only selected types of HDPE and UHMWPE materials which conform to FDA food-grade standards are used. These grades are usually utilized in cutting surfaces, guides, and wear parts.
Materials comply with RoHS environmental regulations in terms of substance content restrictions. This is ensured by monitoring the components of the material, rather than the finished part.
Material test reports available upon request include mechanical properties such as tensile strength and impact value, as well as wear information and dimensional checks.
Smaller 18" x 18" x 1" HDPE pads, around 11 to 13 lbs. Larger square & round pads become much heavier as the thickness and duty level increase. The actual number depends on the size, thickness, and material.
Never. On the contrary, the hollow structure makes the load distribution even and increases its strength. Thus, the crane stabilizer pads offer stable support while maintaining low weight.
Yes. Crane stabilizer pads boast high salt spray resistance and seawater resistance. Such features allow these pads to serve as effective crane stabilizers on the coast and in port building.
Yes. Plastic crane stabilizer pads effectively reduce vibration and noise that arise from stabilizer pressing and crane lifting.
No. These reusable pads produce no dust, debris or waste during installation and removal, keeping the crane operation site clean.
Yes. The flexible material design allows the pads to fit minor curved or irregular ground, meeting the needs of complex construction site layouts.
Yes. Our HDPE crane stabilizer pads are made of non-toxic, odorless polyethylene, safe for use in parks, residential areas and other environmentally sensitive sites.
Yes. The non-porous, smooth surface prevents mud and soil adhesion, avoiding mud tracking and keeping both the stabilizers and job site clean.
