  • Large panel coverage. Each reference panel provides 9.31 m² of effective coverage. The large format suits extended access routes and vehicle staging areas where you need a connected working surface.
  • Reinforced cellular construction. The surface skins and internal reinforcing structure work together to distribute vehicle loads over supported ground. We select the panel and layout around axle loads, tire or track contact and the site conditions.
  • Bolted overlapping edges. Overlapping edges and an eight-bolt reference configuration link adjoining panels. Clean, aligned joints help maintain route continuity during repeated service vehicle movements.
  • Textured traffic surface. Raised tread gives tires a defined contact surface. Route maintenance can include clearing mud from the texture and inspecting turns, braking zones and frequently used wheel paths.
  • Removable project infrastructure. Our panels can be dismantled, cleaned, inspected and redeployed. This gives you a reusable access system for changing site layouts and successive project phases.
  • Coordinated layout and supply. We can review road width, turning areas, entry transitions and project identification alongside the packing plan. Confirm the panel format and matching connections before ordering the full route set.

  • Rig site approach roads. Connected temporary access for delivery trucks and service vehicles travelling between the site entrance and designated operating areas, with ground preparation and traffic limits set for the route.
  • Vehicle staging and circulation. Mat-covered waiting and circulation areas around rig sites help organize deliveries and repeated vehicle movements. Size the area for vehicle turning paths and review sustained parking loads separately.
  • Oilfield maintenance access. Reusable access routes for maintenance and equipment transport around changing work zones. Panels can be recovered when the phase ends and prepared for the next deployment.

Effective dimensions exclude the overlap allowance. These panels provide supported ground access; a drilling rig foundation, jack-leg or outrigger support requires a separately engineered solution. Vehicle access suitability does not establish a concentrated-load rating.

Our product is a cellular polymer access panel for roads and vehicle staging around rig sites. Timber, steel and engineered foundation mats may serve different structural duties; compare the required function, ground conditions and handling plan rather than selecting by the word rig alone.

Rig foundations, jack legs and outriggers require a separate engineered support assessment. Send the equipment loading drawing when these duties are part of your project so access routes and structural support can be specified separately.

The reference panel is 4350 × 2430 × 102 mm, with an effective area of 4160 × 2240 mm or 9.31 m² after overlap. Use the effective dimensions for preliminary coverage and allow for turns, road edges and entry transitions in the final drawing.

The reference weight is 465 kg per panel, so plan suitable mechanical handling and a stable unloading area. Align the overlapping edges and use the specified matching bolts; the reference configuration uses eight bolts.

The panel range is intended for heavy vehicle access, subject to the selected format and site assessment. Provide axle loads or track contact details, traffic frequency, turning movements and ground information; weak areas still need treatment and ongoing inspection.

Remove soil and residues from surfaces, overlap edges and bolt holes, then inspect panels and hardware before restacking. Where oil or other process fluids are present, agree material compatibility and a suitable cleaning and waste collection method.

Send the route and staging dimensions, equipment details, ground conditions, quantity and delivery location. Include preferred markings, the unloading method and required hardware so we can prepare a coordinated panel and packing proposal.
