Trackway mats, or track mats, are used when the ground is too soft or uneven for normal access. These mats are laid down first to create a temporary route, instead of ruts, stuck, or damage to the site.

You can use them on muddy jobs, wet grass, construction sites, and areas that need surface protection. Our plastic mats last longer, don’t swell with water, and are ready to use again on the next project.

In cases of applications involving food production, only selected types of HDPE and UHMWPE materials which conform to FDA food-grade standards are used. These grades are usually utilized in cutting surfaces, guides, and wear parts.

Materials comply with RoHS environmental regulations in terms of substance content restrictions. This is ensured by monitoring the components of the material, rather than the finished part.

Traceable Material Test Reports (MTR)

Material test reports available upon request include mechanical properties such as tensile strength and impact value, as well as wear information and dimensional checks.

Are plastic trackway mats better than plywood?

For outdoor use, yes. Plywood is cheaper and sometimes easier to cut on site, but it becomes slippery when wet. HDPE/UUHMWPE plastic mats are not. They are also reusable and longer-lasting.

Will trackway mats work on lawns and uneven ground?

Yes. Our plastic mats contour to different ground conditions to protect grass, sidewalks, and driveways. We recommend you customize trackway mats with connectors for muddy ground to avoid shifting or marking the surface.

Will trackway mats deform under extreme high or low temperatures?

Our trackway mats are UV-resistant with high-toughness additives. They maintain stable performance without deformation in extreme environments from -40℃ to 80℃.

Are customizations available for size, color and logo on trackway mats?

Yes. We support custom dimensions, special colors and logo embossing by hot stamping or relief craftsmanship. These designs will not compromise the structural strength of the mats.

Are handle holes and anchor holes on trackway mats optional?

Yes. You can keep handle holes for easy moving and temporary use, or cancel them for permanent laying in warehouses and garages.

What certifications and test reports can you provide?

You can buy our products with confidence; they meet safety standards. We have ISO 9001/14001 factory certification. We can also provide professional test reports including ASTM D790 bending test, hardness test and load-bearing laboratory data.

Do you accept small batch sample orders and trial orders?

Absolutely. We provide material sample pieces for quality inspection for on-site practical testing before bulk purchase.

Can you handle door-to-door delivery with customs clearance?

We offer EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP shipping terms. DDP service is available for global clients. We take care of all customs clearance and delivery procedures, so you only need to receive the goods.
