Our heavy-duty outrigger pads are manufactured specifically for use with mobile cranes, concrete pumpers, boom trucks, and other vehicles where there will be heavier outrigger reactions. They are mostly used on harsher ground conditions, including packed dirt, gravel, pavement shoulders, cracked concrete, and/or grassy/mixed ground surfaces. Heavy duty outrigger pads provide the outrigger float with a broader contact surface area to transfer the load more effectively into the ground below.
Detailed technical specifications
Each batch undergoes thorough inspection on the shop floor. Raw material is tested upon arrival, as well as finished parts upon completion. Anything failing to conform to specifications is not shipped out.
ISO 9001:2015 certification requires written processes, production control measures, and traceability of the process from initial raw material to finished part. More critically, ISO helps us maintain tolerances across multiple batches, rather than just in theory.
In cases of applications involving food production, only selected types of HDPE and UHMWPE materials which conform to FDA food-grade standards are used. These grades are usually utilized in cutting surfaces, guides, and wear parts.
Materials comply with RoHS environmental regulations in terms of substance content restrictions. This is ensured by monitoring the components of the material, rather than the finished part.
Material test reports available upon request include mechanical properties such as tensile strength and impact value, as well as wear information and dimensional checks.
A heavy duty pad makes more sense when the outrigger reaction is higher, the float area is smaller relative to the load, or the surface condition is less forgiving.
Yes. These pads are not just for obvious mud, but also set up consistency and pressure reduction on variable surfaces.
Yes. Good concrete support very high point loads from outriggers, and pads should still be used. Even on hard surfaces, pads help prevent the outrigger from punching in and protect the surface from concentrated pressure.
The surface should be firm, properly drained, and sufficiently graded, and subsurface hazards should be identified before setup.
Yes. Our heavy duty outrigger pads are equipped with standard connecting holes, which can be stably spliced to form an integrated bearing platform for super‑heavy support.
The deep-textured surface of the pads forms a firm grip with the crane outrigger base. It can effectively prevent horizontal displacement and ensuring operation stability.
Yes. With reinforced high‑toughness material, they can absorb the instantaneous impact force generated by crane outrigger pressing without cracking, bending or structural damage.
Yes. Their ultra‑high pressure resistance and load stability make them suitable for long‑term fixed support of large cranes in industrial plants, ports and mining areas.
