Key Features & Advantages
Provide a defined service route. Solid panels distribute traffic loads over a wider supporting footprint and help keep vehicles on the planned access line. The route configuration follows the ground and actual vehicle movements.
Choose a heavy solid format. Our 38 mm body options have a 48 mm overall textured profile. Different panel footprints let buyers compare coverage, mechanical handling and the space available along the approach.
Connect sections as the route develops. Matching links and holes allow the specified lane to extend or widen. Include receiving points and traffic circulation in the layout so the accessory order reflects the whole route.
Use durable polymer inventory. UHMWPE resists wear and water and does not rot like timber. Serviceable panels can be cleaned and redeployed instead of being treated as single-project road material.
Keep project sets traceable. Agreed identification helps the purchasing team distinguish panel sets when stock returns from several locations. Preserve the selected drawing for future replacement and expansion orders.
Coordinate remote-site receiving. Large panels require suitable unloading and placement equipment. Confirm the pack arrangement, delivery destination and receiving sequence before committing the shipment plan.
Applications
Well-site service approaches. Form an assessed access route for the specified maintenance and service vehicles between an established road and the site receiving area.
Drilling-site supply traffic. Use a connected temporary approach for suitable supply trucks. Provide loaded vehicle details and keep drill-rig foundation or equipment support requirements separate from access.
Relocation between project sites. Recover serviceable panels after the route closes, inspect the set and prepare it for another location. Reassess the ground and fleet at the destination.
Industrial support-area circulation. Provide defined travel lanes into temporary receiving or staging areas. Review any concentrated stationary equipment loads independently of rolling traffic.
Solid oilfield-access references from the product range. The two formats provide 7.5 m² and 9.0 m² nominal panel area respectively.
