Cover more ground with each placed panel. The reference cellular panel provides 9.31 m² of usable coverage. This large footprint helps buyers plan a continuous road with fewer individual panels than a small portable format covering the same area.

Build around a connected edge system. Overlapping edges and matching bolts form the joints between panels. We review the edge arrangement and connections together so the road layout follows the actual module.

Use structural depth efficiently. The 102 mm cellular body combines outer faces with internal reinforcement. The structure is intended for mechanically installed access systems rather than treating the panel as a thick solid slab.

Plan road entries with the main route. The panel depth creates a change in level at the road entrance. Include appropriate transitions, vehicle clearance and the approach surface in the supply brief.

Expand for turns and passing points. A road order can include widened sections where traffic changes direction or vehicles need space to pass. Quote these areas from the drawing rather than relying on the straight-road quantity.

Recover a road asset after the project. Polymer composite panels can be disconnected, cleaned, inspected and stored for reuse. The recovered inventory supports later access work instead of becoming fill material left on site.

Construction delivery roads. Create an assessed route for repeated deliveries between an established road and a project receiving area. Include bends and entry geometry in the panel schedule.

Remote utility access. Extend a connected transport route toward the work location, with suitable supporting ground and the selected vehicle duty confirmed.

Temporary industrial circulation. Provide removable road sections around temporary receiving and service areas. Widen the layout where the traffic arrangement requires it.

Project roads intended for recovery. Specify the roadway and its dismantling sequence together where the site must be cleared after temporary access ends.

Reference large-format cellular panel configuration for the selected project. Confirm the material grade, connections and supplied drawing with the order.
