• Reusable HDPE construction. Our plastic panels resist water absorption and can be cleaned and moved to the next project. Plan inspection and recovery alongside the initial purchase to manage repeat-use costs.
• Ground protection along the route. The panel footprint spreads vehicle contact over a wider supported area and reduces direct wheel contact with the ground. We review vehicle loads and ground conditions when selecting the panel.
• Surface selected by sample. Choose a surface for the intended traffic and cleaning routine. We review the requested pattern with the extrusion and finishing specification before approving the finished sample.
• Machined handling and connection holes. Agree handle openings and connector positions on the drawing. Consistent hole layouts help your team assemble routes and match replacement panels to existing stock.
• Repeat order specification. Keep the material, dimensions, surface, color and hole layout together in the approved order. This gives you a clear basis for replenishment and incoming inspection.

Applications

• Landscaping and property access. Removable routes for suitable small construction and maintenance vehicles crossing assessed soil or lawn. Choose panel width around narrow entrances, and plan prompt recovery to limit turf coverage.

Finished dimensions, mass and available surface options depend on the approved configuration. Vehicle suitability is reviewed against ground support, axle loads and route conditions; the manufacturing process alone does not define a load rating.
