• Compare manufacturer quotations on the same basis. Ask us to identify material, exact dimensions, body thickness, overall texture height and panel weight in the offer. State the intended use and quantity as well. A low panel price is not a like-for-like comparison when the surface arrangement, connector supply or packing scope differs.
• Record exact dimensions behind the 4×8 description. Our listed reference is 1220 × 2440 mm, approximately 2.98 m² in nominal face area. Use the metric dimensions and agreed drawing for receiving and replenishment checks. A nominal imperial size alone does not establish that replacement panels will match your existing layout.
• Choose one-sided or double-sided texture explicitly. Both references use a 12.7 mm body. Listed overall profiles are 17.7 mm and 22.7 mm, with respective reference weights of 38 kg and 41 kg. We keep those configurations distinct in the order so your sample, packing information and repeat purchase refer to the same product.
• Approve handholds together with connection holes. Agree opening locations, number and dimensions before production. We review the layout with panel size, logo position and intended handling, rather than treating each opening as an isolated change. Use the actual finished weight and your site handling assessment to determine how panels will be moved.
• Keep connector compatibility in the purchase record. We supply matching hardware for the selected panel interface. Confirm hole spacing, thickness and joint arrangement, including any existing stock to be extended. Retain those details for later orders; matching color, tread appearance or overall size is not enough to prove compatibility.
• Review branding on the selected product. We can discuss color and logo with the panel specification, artwork and required quantity. Confirm the sample and marking position before manufacture. Identification helps you distinguish your stock, but it does not replace the material, dimensional and condition records needed for deployment.
• Confirm packing against your receiving resources. Tell us your unloading equipment, storage limits and whether the shipment will be redistributed. We review pack dimensions, panel counts and hardware identification with the order. Use final gross weights for logistics rather than multiplying nominal panel weight and assuming packing is negligible.
• Set repeat-order and operating limits together. Keep the approved panel drawing and sample for replenishment, while checking every new project's ground and equipment separately. Serviceable HDPE mats can be reused without a fixed deployment-count promise. Do not present the portable access specification as an approval for crane outriggers, structural crossings or every steel-tracked movement.

Keep the approved drawings with your stock and review ground and traffic at each deployment. Count panels and hardware separately when returning them from a completed route.
• Distributor orders with defined configurations. Build your purchased range around clearly specified panel sizes, faces and connection details. We review artwork, color and packing with each configuration. Retain the approved samples so subsequent orders can be compared without relying on catalog images alone.
• Installation projects with repeated access needs. Purchase a recoverable panel set for approved material and equipment movements between established access and the work area. Include turns, entrance transitions and handling space in the selection. Crane travel and operating support remain separate requirements wherever lifting is involved.

Factory reference configurations for quotation and order comparison. Final material, dimensions, surfaces and connection details are defined by the approved specification.
